• The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized use.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled except in accordance with the cancellation policy stated below.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments are processed through the electronic payment methods approved by the store.

• The store is not responsible for any additional fees charged by payment providers or banks.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within the State of Kuwait only.

• Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on location or circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

• The store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Exchange & Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of the products (flowers and perishable items), returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is completed.

• If the product arrives damaged or not as described, the customer must notify the store within two (2) hours of receipt, providing clear photos for evaluation. Appropriate action will be taken after assessment.

7. Images & Descriptions

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

• Minor variations in color or flower types may occur due to seasonal availability, while maintaining the same quality and value.

8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of MMY Rose and may not be used or reproduced without prior permission.

9. Website Use

• Users agree not to use the website for any illegal or inappropriate purposes.

• The store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be misusing the website.
